Welcome
Come explore the most Southern tip of the African continent.
The old Cape Province of South Africa was the largest of the
provinces. Since 1994 it has been subdivided into three smaller provinces.
The Northen Cape Province that borders with Namibia in the North,
the Western Cape in the South bordered by two oceans and the Eastern
Cape with its wild coast along the South Eastern shoes of South Africa.
These provinces offer wonderful beaches that stretch from the
Atlantic Ocean on the West to the warmer Indian ocean to the East and
attracts millions of tourists every year.
On the northern bordeer, the Northern Cape starts in a desert
lanscape and as one travels further South towards Cape Town the
landscape turns from desert to a green coastal region with vineyards,
forests and fruit trees everywhere - reminding one of Spain's Costa
Blanca, or Italy's Tuscany regions.
Beautiful historic towns are scattered across this region that date
back to the first arrival of European settlers in Africa. Town like
Stellenbosch, Paarl, Somerset West are just a few wonderful towns
nestled at the foothills of the Cape mountains which are often snow
capped in winter.
From Cape Town visitors can travel all the way up the West coast to
Namibia or head East from Cape Town to the Garden Route (George) and
from there onto the Eastern Cape and on to Port Elizaberth and East
London, or head inland from Cape town into the Karoo and on towns like
Beaufort West.
