party broker will be automatically disqualified for
listing.

listing. Owners/Members may not list in two categories and only
pay for one. Membership / Advertising fees are used to cover
the cost of the administration, hosting, online marketing and
for updating this website.
- Where an agreement has been
made to list a owner on a commission fee basis. Owners are to
make commission payments within 7 days of receiving full
payment for the successful referral (being for accommodation or
services provided by the owner or his/her respective
company).
